Return & Refund Policy – Mingle Chocolate

At Mingle Chocolate, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging was significantly damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received is expired (if applicable).

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The order was paid for but could not be fulfilled.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method such as bank transfer or mobile wallet.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
