Refund & Return Policy – Private Zone
At Private Zone, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived defective or tampered.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement. Similar 7-day windows and original-packaging requirements are commonly used by Pakistani ecommerce stores.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, Mingle Chocolate cannot be returned or refunded if:
- The package has been opened.
- The product has been consumed or partially consumed.
- The customer changes their mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/video of the product.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Policies requiring prompt reporting with photo evidence are commonly used for damaged-item claims.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible. Similar refund timelines are commonly used by ecommerce stores.
